Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing—Benjamin Franklin
About Me
There’s not much to tell as far as the life and times of me, but in a nutshell: I am the wife a lawyer and the mother of the most adorable kids on the planet (I might be a bit biased, but I doubt it). I graduated from BYU thinking that I’d never do much more with my degree than the odd editing job or maybe teaching if I got around to it, but I’ve found that it has helped both in and out of the work place everyday.
For now I spend my days discovering the world all over again with a little man who already thinks he’s independent of me, can name every animal know to man, and refuses to wear pants, and little girl who is adventurous enough to make me understand why people only have one child.
I’m a sucker for a good book and my husband says that an e-Reader was the best gift he got himself so that I would get rid of our library (which took up most of our storage space), but he knows he'll never get away with getting rid of all of my books because as he says, “Books are more like friends” to me than just paper.
In spare time (the little of it I have) I write. It's a hobby for now, but I can dream, right?
I write the blog because (being the world's most horrible journal writer and an even worse scrapbooker) I want to be able to put all our posts in a book someday and look back and remember all the good times.

So here are my somethings. Hopefully I’ll be able to figure out how to write things worth reading and keep doing the things worth writing.
